Question: I had a My Harvest account on the old HarvestBibleChapel.org. Does my account log in name and password work on this or the new campus-specific sites?
Answer: The campus sites for Elgin, Niles, Crystal Lake, and Chicago North are new, independent Web sites. You will have to create a new account on these campus sites to register for campus events and to join your small group. If you use the Rolling Meadows site, your old My Harvest account will still be accessible. My Harvest accounts are not necessary on the new HarvestBibleChapel.org.

Question: Can I receive Harvest news updates in my e-mail Inbox or my reader program?
Answer: Check out this step-by-step walk through of how to add a RSS feed to your e-mail browser or reader program and be notified as soon as content is updated on this Web site.

Question: Is my online transaction secure?

Answer: We use internet-standard SSL-encryption. Secure addresses begin with "https://" so check your browser's address bar to see that the URL begins with "https://."

Most browsers also display some kind of security "indicator." Generally this is displayed as some kind of lock at the bottom of the browser window. When this is displayed, the data sent to and from your browser is encrypted.

Question: Why does my browser's address bar say "secure.iministries.org" when I register for an event or make a donation? Should I be concerned?
Answer: No need for concern. iMinistries is our Web site partner and host.

Question: When does a donation/event payment "hit" my credit card?
    Answer: Immediately.

Question: Will donations made through the Web site be included on my year-end giving report?
    Answer: Yes.

Question: What should I do if I cannot hear last week's message on the Web site?
Answer: Our This Week's Message player uses Flash. While all of our Flash animations are exported for Flash player 7.0, it is best to download the latest version of Flash from Adobe's Web site. After installation, clear out your cache and restart your browser. This fixes the issue 99% of the time.

Question: Some of the Flash animations on the site don't appear on my screen. How can I fix this?
Answer: While all of our Flash animations are exported for Flash player 7.0, it is best to download the latest version of Flash from Adobe's Web site. After installation, clear out your cache and restart your browser. This fixes the issue 99% of the time.
